Pre-registration is failing for 2 rebates.

I recently purchased these 2 products from newegg:

Entering the corresponding promotion number into the field both yields this result (Question-mark typo and all):

We?re sorry we are unable to complete the rebate offer you selected as it is not offered in this country. Please confirm you chose the correct country in which you reside and search again.

 

If your offer just started today, please check back in 24 hours and enter the offer number again.

 

If the "postmark by" date has already passed, that rebate is ineligible for submission based on the terms of the promotion.

Clicking the link to speak to a "Web Chat Agent" leads me to a blanks screen. I have tried looking up the products manually and am getting the same error.
