lemmus Posted May 29, 2016 Share Posted May 29, 2016 Hey! I managed to break the USB dongle for my H2100 a little over a month ago. Contacted customer support who quite quickly told me they would send me a replacement. After waiting a month I chased them about it and it seemed like it had never shipped and they got on it to ship a new one. Picked it up from the mail today. However, they have managed to send me the dongle for the VOID wireless. Not the H2100. And the dongle won't pair with the headset. They both just keep blinking rapidly. Is there any way they could be paired that I am stupidly missing somehow or do I have to wait for them to send me the correct replacement? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
