500R Need Help

my front io panel is messed up, specifically the 3.5 headphone jack is broken(the metallic part that your 3.5 headphone jack plugs into broke for some random reason...). anyway i find it odd that that is something that would even break but i got over it. so my 500r is out of warranty... thats fine although it would be appreciated if corsair sent me a new io panel free of charge but thats life. ive been waiting forever for the 500r io panel to come back in stock. it seems to never be in stock.... thats so infuriating that i cant fix my issue....

This case as far as I know has been discontinued so spare parts for it might be difficult to find. You can always try calling in to our Web Store team for an inventory check.
