KibaP2K Posted October 18, 2015 Share Posted October 18, 2015 I updated CUE today, and after it finished my headset stopped working. Looked for a fix online and found out you needed to re-pair the headset with the dongle. I finished that and CUE says they are paired or "Works normally" but now I can't set the headset to default device. It is not disabled and I have updated the firmware to 33.00 version, but it still won't detect it. Audio still comes out the headset and I can hear myself in the mic through CUE, so the headset is not broken by my understanding. Not sure if there is a fix or it is an OS issue, but I hope I'm not the only one with this problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 Try the USB dongle on another USB port or check Device Manager and see if there are any problems with the headset. You can try reinstalling CUE as well and see if that helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
