lianke123321
There is an ongoing promotion that gives out two free games to people who bought new RTX card or computer. Nvidia link: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/campaigns/battlefield-v-anthem-bundle/ Corsair link: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/battlefield-v-bundle I purchased a new Corsair One i140 from Amazon.com but didn't get anything related to the game bundle. I have contacted both Amazon and Nvidia, both said they couldn't help. I have also contacted Corsair but haven't received any response. Ticket number is 839561. Does anyone know how to get the free games? Can someone help? Thanks!
lianke123321
Okay just got an email from Corsair and they said I should contact Amazon. WTH
RecklessLemming
HA! Jeff Bezos stole your game bundle. He's probably re-selling them on Amazon to help offset future alimony payments.
lianke123321
lol I contacted Amazon again and they refunded me $100. That's reasonable and I'll take it.

Spar82
FYI - after several days and not getting the redemption code from Amazon. I contacted Amazon again and showed them the NVIDIA promo page. The NVIDIA page lists Amazon as an eligible seller for the bundle (scroll all the way to the bottom). https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/campaigns/battlefield-v-anthem-bundle/ Amazon refunded $120.00 (market value of the 2 games) to my credit card. kalmiya
Does anyone know, if you purchase it directly via the corsair website, how will those games be provided then? Will you get a key by email (purchase)?... or is there some registration card included with the hardware?
Corsair Employee Corsair StormShadow Posted February 20, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 20, 2019 We are not affiliated with the promotion Nvidia offered. Please also note that the offer is for a RETAIL version of the card not something that's included in a pre-built system.
kalmiya
Thanks for your answer, that explains the link from nvidia (there are multiple system builders listed, and Corsair is indeed not among them). However looking at the offer made by Corsair, on the Corsair website. According to https://www.corsair.com/us/en/battlefield-v-bundle: "For a limited time, purchase a qualifying GeForce RTX graphics card or gaming desktop and get Battlefield V." with below it a link to "CORSAIR VENGEANCE 5180 Gaming PC" implying that this gaming PC qualifies. That strongly implies that pre-built systems also qualify (if not, it would be misleading imho)... and https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/CORSAIR-ONE-Select-Configuration/corsair-one-i140-i160-config/p/CS-9020004-EU says: "CORSAIR ONE i140 Compact Gaming PC — Intel® Core™ i7-9700K, NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 2080, 32GB DDR4-2666, 480GB NVMe M.2 SSD, 2TB HDD... Also there is a reference to "terms and conditions", but none are stated. So my question remains, how is the key for BattleField V provided for people supporting Corsair directly and purchasing via the website?

If your purchase date fell within the qualifying time frame, our team should be able to honor this offer.
