Hi, The mainboard is Asus P9X79 Deluxe with 2x8GB CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10 (This RAM is not listed in Corsairs catalogue?!) When I boot there's a continuous red lightning from the DRAM led. I tried to start just with one pair of ram, with the other too, but no result. Nothing happened with the MemOK! function also. I tried to clear the CMOS and to start again, but no result. I do not know the version of the BIOS because I can't pass trough and to reach the BIOS. I don't know how to update it without working ram. I'm wondering now do I have return this ram and is it compatible. It's not included in the ASUS qualified vendors list on their web-site, but I suppose it should work. This mainboard has the option to update the bios just with a usb stick without other component installed! Cheers!
