Post RMA approved but I did not receive an address

About a week ago I opened up a ticket regarding my issues with Corsair keyboard. It was approved for an RMA and I received a printable document on which the return address was written on(so, my address) and instructions at the bottom.

After following the instructions and preparing my package I realized I was not given any address to send the package to. So, what is the address for the purposes of RMA in Europe?

Well, support finally responded and fixed the issue. Apparently the shipping address was missing from the printable document.
