Printh Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 Hey guys, Wanting to know if this is an issue I can fix through software or if I have to RMA. 10-month old Corsair 100R case that has two USB 3.0 ports on the front that worked fine until about two weeks ago. The ones on the back work. It just doesn't seem to detect any USB flash drives or when I connect my Pixel 2XL to it. I've updated the BIOS yesterday but no luck, and I had also checked the device manager but I don't see any flags raised. Do you guys think it has become defective? Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted August 13, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 13, 2018 Hi Printh, Try moving the USB3.0 header from the front of the case to a different motherboard header. The header could've died. If that doesn't work, create a ticket and we can send a new i/o panel to you. We don't need to replace the entire case.
