CTV
Hello again Everyone It has been a while since I have posted on the forums again and I hope you have all been keeping well since. I am in need of some advice again please. I installed the lastest iCUE 3.5.111 yesterday after I first updated the older 2.x version of CUE (within the app) and also LINK to 4.9.7.35 as I read: “If you are currently using CORSAIR LINK™ you MUST update to the latest version (4.9.6.19 or newer)”. My AX760i and Strafe RGB is being detected in iCUE, though not my H100i GTX. Within LINK however (before uninstalling) it did detect it and the PSU as well which both advised they were being managed by iCUE. I also ran USBDeView and can confirm it is visible so I don’t think it is an issue whereby my system does not detect the AIO at all. I also uninstalled and reinstalled iCUE to no avail. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. Thank you in advance for any input. CTV
prenetic
Sounds like the same issue I've been having with the H115i. This has been ongoing for a few versions now. Device shows up and running in Device Manager, but not iCUE. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=968564
