f3bandit
no matter how I change the fans speeds and to what temp triggers fan never comes on. I( can press the fan test button and it spins up. so the fan is not broken. but i guess ICUE has an issue there. it was working before with the old link software so I know that much
DevBiker
I've not had any issue. Did you apply the performance settings to the HX1200i fan? You have to create the performance setting, set it and then click on the fan to apply it to the fan. Could you show the HX1200i Performance screen? DevBiker
Does a custom curve work? I'm actually not having any issues at all controlling my HX1200i. Can you see/hear the fan spinning (even at 100%, it's not very loud)?
DevBiker
Also, can you uninstall iCue and try Link? I'd like to determine if the issue is hardware or software related.
f3bandit
uninstalled icue, and reinstalled corsair link. fan works fine.
DevBiker
Interesting. So it's an iCue issue that affects your system but not mine. Not sure what to make of that one. Did it work in previous releases of iCue?
f3bandit
I believe so, but don't quote me
f3bandit
So I managed to force the fan on by changing the settings under notifications, And settings it to set the fan to 100% if the temp is above 21c. Unfortunately this makes ICUE show a warning icon at the bottom of the window. Since I obviously know its not a real emergency it's fine for now. But wanted to make sure whoever is in charge of said issues is aware. screen capture ICUE Logs/Info

Because it may already be fixed ...
Oxize
hmm thats weird. I have an AX1200i, but i can just set a manual profile for it, and the fans starts turning. Did tried also an custom curve, and set the sensor to your power supply, like me?
