15 Days Later , RMA status didnt change

So long story short , my faulty Dram was delivered to the warehouse 15Days ago and still the status didnt change to received so the processing part would even start!! , I have contacted support like 5 times so far , Always with the same answer " we will send an email to the warehouse "

15 Days !! and the still ticket is still stuck at approved
