Mindscape
Hello, I'm new here. *waves* I have an A8V Deluxe and an Athlon X2 4400 processor in my digital audio work station. I intend to get 4GB of RAM. I need all of the RAM because I use many large sample libraries. I want the absolute best/fastest performance. Should I get the 3500LLPRO or the 4000PT? And what BIOS settings do you recommend to maximize the performance? Thanks! Brock
CMC_SAVAGE
I would go with the 3500LL's. Default BIOS setting should be fine as long as the timings are correct. You may need to bump the Dimm voltage to 2.8.

CMC_SAVAGE
Better timings at 400MHz. I assume you're not OC'ing a work station. Just my preference really.
