bmr31
I am having some performance issues with my Corsair SSD model CSSD-V60GB2. I've run the Windows Experience Index and got a 5.9 score for my hard disk. http://content.screencast.com/users/bmr31/folders/Jing/media/e4aff116-f3f2-491f-9c5c-482fce4ab279/2011-08-30_0311.png and after running 'winstat disk'... http://content.screencast.com/users/bmr31/folders/Jing/media/4a76a03c-2d40-4232-9bc8-fef61ce382ee/2011-08-30_0250.png ATTO results... http://content.screencast.com/users/bmr31/folders/Jing/media/4ecb45f2-92f4-49d0-a3e0-3b6d52676c5d/2011-08-30_1315.png It does not look very consistent to me, is this normal? I also ran AS SSD... http://content.screencast.com/users/bmr31/folders/Jing/media/a719ff78-ca57-4ba7-b512-ca605540c550/2011-08-30_1325.png It seems to either hang at the 4k tests, or go extremely slow (less than 10 MB/s both read/write) Also, if I re run any of the tests, the results can be 'normal' for the drive, or extremely slow. My motherboard is a BioStar A770E3 w/latest drivers. I've installed Windows 7 with AHCI support, which is all I have on the drive. Where do I start?
philharmonik
You have tried these drivers? Minus the RAID driver? http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/raid_windows.aspx
philharmonik
Your ATTO score looks ok, but im sure it could be better. Its really close to spec of your SSD, according to Newegg's description.

bojzi
Hey, you're not the only one experiencing speed problems with your Nova Series 2. Look here: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98088 http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98228 http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98194 There are more topics like these but this just proves that something's not quite right and we're all waiting on any word from Corsair (it's been 2 days now since I've written to their customer support and nothing yet). bmr31
bojzi I hope this is an issue with something that I've done, but everything points to an issue with the SSD.

bmr31
Just an update: I was approved for an RMA. I guess I would suggest everyone else to do the same.
