ksearing
Firmware was 5.03, downloaded toolbox and updated to 5.07 (not 5.24 so I guess that's not valid for 480?). Update said it failed. Laptop crashed immediately afterwards when exiting toolbox. Rebooted ok, toolbox now says firmware is 5.07. All seems OK but Toolbox suggests overprovisioning, but won't do it: Failed - busy, suggests trying it with all other apps closed (they were). AV disabled, using Windows 8.1 on Lenovo X201T Advice please!
Toasted
Are you using V1.1? If yes, Click Overprovision and see "Current Overprovision Size" is it >0GB?
ksearing
Ah - I downloaded the toolbox from http://www.corsair.com/us/media/cms/drivers/CSSDT_1.0.0.0.exe (the link on http://www.corsair.com/us/blog/the-corsair-ssd-toolbox/, having read the blog as advised) and assumed it was the latest version - it was 1.0. I've now downloaded the 1.1 version, which shows 32Gb overprovisioning already in place. Thanks, Keith
