bigdoguk Posted January 26, 2018 Share Posted January 26, 2018 I ordered a 570X black psu cover on the 12th Jan said it was in stock then payed with paypal got the email to comfirm but didn't get anymore updates on it till today to say it's shipped,I've been trying to contact customer service to cancel this order Scince about the 14th I've made a ticket 672974 and I've not heard nothing at all so I've now payed for a item that I've been trying to cancel. I have always stuck up for corsair in the past but with this has left me feeling let down and I regret that I've had to post this in the forum. Had to laugh yesterday I got a email to take a customer survey guess what I said,I have spent almost £900 on corsair products to go in my new build as I thought the customer service was a good as EVGA but I was wrong so I just hope I don't have any problems with my parts. All I can say is the sum of money isn't a large amount but I've been saving and selling my old parts to build a new pc and wanted parts and backup I can trust that if I had any problems they would be sorted.
