GMNayr Posted February 26, 2017 Share Posted February 26, 2017 I apologize in advance if this has been answered somewhere else, but all of my searches have turned up nothing and no one with the same problem. I just got a new VOID wireless 7.1 headset and the volume adjust isn't functioning properly. It's not that the button is faulty or just doesn't work, because when I try to move it up or down, the blue volume slider for Windows pops up at the top left of my screen, but doesn't actually go up or down. Every other button and function on the device works flawlessly. I have also done as it said in the FAQ at the top of this board and restarted the HID Access in my services, to no avail.
