Herian
Hi guys, i've noticed that if i use icue instead of cue for my K70 Lux RGB, my i7 8700k keeps at max frequency. Normally the multiplier of my cpu fluctuating from 8x to 47x (i've a little oc) changing his vcore with him. If i use icue this doesn't happens, and the cpu stack at 4.7ghz whatever the load is. If i exit icue all back to normal. No problem using the "standard" cue software. Now i've reverted back to 3.1.133 version of cue without issues. Can you investigate please? Syberon
This is known iCUE 3.3 issue - if lighting enabled on some devices it loads one core of cpu at 100% load and this prevents cpu to lower multiplier at idle state.
Herian
Is this fixed? I'm still with cue and not icue for now...
DevBiker
Is this fixed? I'm still with cue and not icue for now... Mine is certainly using adaptive voltages. And yes, they drop ... to 0.75V. And I'm all iCue, all the time. ;)
