are there any types of Corsair SSD which have sensor temperature inside?

Neutron 120GB firmware M206 does have it, CrystalDiskInfo shows it correctly.

What is SMART attribute 0xFA

Neither SSD Life nor Crystal Disk Info recognize it.

This hints at disk read errors, but i don't know if it is standard or not and if SSD give it the same meaning or not.

Can you say, what does RAW value of 0xFA mean on Neutron (non-GTX) 120GB model ?
