seagodz Posted May 17, 2018 Share Posted May 17, 2018 Hello everyone. I recently moved across the country and the dongle for my void pros has seemed to walk away. Now I know I am at fault but sadly I don't have my receipt on hand to even remember if I am in warranty! I contacted customer support and they said that since I am Out of Warranty I cannot replace it even though I am willing to pay for it! WILLING! Has anyone else had this issue?
