mrmoney995 Posted December 27, 2017 Share Posted December 27, 2017 I recently got a Corsair Void Pro Surround sound USB RGB headset. I have so far been satisfied with the quality but i cant get the CUE software to work. When i go to run the downloaded driver and set it up it opens up normally, but when i start the download i am greeted with an error saying "Initialization error: cannot read package Z:\CorsairUtilityEngineSetup_2.21.67_release.msi."
