ChaseJacks33 Posted May 26, 2018 Share Posted May 26, 2018 I had the same problem when I bought a K55 RGB. Im pretty sure its a defect and i returned mine to the store and exchanged it. Its been working ever since. When i went to the utility engine it said that it was incapatable software sometimes and other times i could change the color.
