Hollowcow
Hello all, when setting a timer action to a macro key, when it ends, only if there is no music playing in foobar or other player the configured sound will play. how could I fix it?
Toasted
Sounds like it might be a CUE problem. Have you tried turning setting the Communications sound to do nothing instead of reducing volume? (Not expecting it to work) Sound > Communications.

Toasted
Right click the speaker icon in the notifications tray > Playback Devices > Communications. Then click the radio button for "Do Nothing" and Apply it and ok. Try the timer again and see if it works. Have you tried running CUE as admin? (Right click>Run as admin) Have you tried moving the sound file to a different file path? Can you also upload the latest log generated by CUE when the timer runs and ends as there may be useful information in it/ Logs can be accessed by clicking Settings>Support>View logs. Also put in a support ticket with Corsair and see what they suggest as well. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
