levi.baker88
I have had success getting 2.7.5361 to work, it displays all my connected hardware. I can restart, turn off or close Corsair Link as I much as I please and no issues. Here is the BS work around I have come up with: 1. You will need to uninstall all current and previous versions of Link, along with deleting any profiles (refer hyperlink at bottom of post for how to and available Corsair Link versions). 2. Find which version of Corsair Link will remain stable for you and note it down, as this will be the base you will need to work from. For most it seems '2.4.5110' is a solid base. Complete an uninstall and delete profiles. 3. Working backwards from '2.7.5361' download each version of Link until you get to your working base version of Link. (refer 01. Firmware attachment) 4. Starting with '2.7.5361', install it and access the folder where the firmware is kept and copy what you require i.e. if you have an H80i, copy the H80i firmware. (refer 02. firmware directory). **These files are zipped, so you will need to unzip them and save the S19 file to somewhere on your computer** (refer 03. S19 files) 5. Once you have gone through each version of Link down to your working base and copied the firmware you require, complete an uninstall and delete any profiles. 6. What you should have at this point is: * No versions of Link or profiles installed on your computer and have completed a restart. * Downloaded version of your working base and 2.7.5361. * Saved any firmware versions for your corresponding hardware to your computer and expanded the zip files (you may have duplicate S19 files for your corresponding hardware) 7. Install your working base version of Corsair Link and complete a restart. 8. Open Corsair Link and update your firmware, starting with the older versions first. You can update newer firmware with something older if it works better. You may also create a profile at this stage. 9. Once your required hardware has been updated with the necessary firmware. Complete a restart and confirm that Link is still operating correctly, which it should be. 10. If your still not getting all your hardware to display, try different versions of firmware. **Corsair - please bring back the manual firmware update function from 2.4.5110 as the new auto function, is well, ********** 11. Now your ready to update to 2.7.5361. Run the installer, it will detect your working base version and you will be prompted to complete a restart upon completion. 12. If everything has gone well you should be able to see all your Corsair hardware and any motherboard fans and temps. (refer attachments 04, 05 and 06) All versions of Corsair Link: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=125350 **Make sure you delete any profiles before starting

swarfega
I've followed your instructions and found a version of the software that worked for me. In my case its the version that worked for me was 2.5.5145 which was the beta exe file (all subsequent versions were in zip files). Should I leave it at this version or now try to update to latest? Specter
I believe that 2.5.5145 was the version that would crash if you renamed a gadget. Try it out.

levi.baker88
I've followed your instructions and found a version of the software that worked for me. In my case its the version that worked for me was 2.5.5145 which was the beta exe file (all subsequent versions were in zip files). Should I leave it at this version or now try to update to latest? Sorry, haven't had computer access for a little while. If Corsair Link displays all your necessary hardware you can leave it how it is. I would try to get the newest version, but if you find it starts having issues then you can always go back to what worked for you.
Corsair Employee Corsair Dustin Posted January 15, 2015 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 15, 2015 I'm going to forward this to our PM. We've been having a little difficulty tracking down the issues with the H80i and H100i in CL, this may help a lot.
