Scimitar Pro RGB - Side Buttons

Hi everyone,

I bought the Scimitar Pro RGB. First off, this is my first gaming mouse so I'm new to this. I tried to make the side buttons work by remapping the keystrokes (in Icue, latest version as of today), but they simply don't work. I have been watching videos and reading pages, but they don't work.

Now if I understand it correctly, if I remap the side buttons (I've remapped them to my keypad, numbers), then if I go to microsoft word (just to test) and press the buttons, they should be giving me the numbers. But unfortunately, this doesnt happen.

Can anyone please help me?

The side buttons work now:) Apparently I had to reinstall Icue.

The only thing I wonder now is how to make a macro.

If I make one in Icue and link it to say G1, will that work? Because I linked G1 to "1" already (by remapping). Or do I need to make the macro ingame and link it there to "1" (and by doing that link it to G1).
