The current limit is 2.0A and all available 140mm PWM fans are going to be substantially less than 0.50A per fan. Still, this is not a situation where you want to test the limit. The better question might be "do you need push-pull on a 280mmx27mm radaitor?". For most people the answer is no. Fan speed is almost never the limiting factor on this size cooler and you probably have more than you need now. Situations where push-pull might be helpful are if you intend to use non-radiator optimized fans (like AF140's) or if you have an extremely large amount of internal case heat and exhaust flow is the higher concern rather than actual CPU cooling -- something like 3 or 4 way SLI (maybe even 980 Ti x 2).
