vaynardx Posted November 22, 2015 Share Posted November 22, 2015 Earlier today, there was a prompt to upgrade to the latest update of CUE. After updating and restarting the PC, the program doesn't load up my profiles anymore, heck, it doesn't even recognize the keyboard. The only way to fix this was to close and fire up CUE again (which I had to do 2 times for it to recognize). I didn't have any problems with the last version. Is there a way to revert to former firmware and CUE software until this issue gets resolved? If there is a fix to this (other than what I've been doing), then please do tell me. P.S. I did uninstall the software, but it was still the case. I guess it's a problem with the update? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Wait so did you fix it or not? if you already fixed it, why do you want to downgrade? it was probably just taking some time to load up files or something. I just downgraded to the previous version, but apparently, the issue persists. I only get a semi-fix by closing and opening the program a couple of times until it recognizes the keyboard. It is kind of frustrating to have to do that as the keyboard has been working flawlessly before the update. If this is not a problem with the CUE software (since I did install the previous version), I think it is because of the new firmware 1.33. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
