Sptz
Hi guys, I've been using an H110i GTX for about 6 months now. The way I have it plugged is with both radiator fans onto the pump's fan headers and then the 1 pin fan cable into the CPU_FAN main header on the motherboard. I have the fan control in the BIOS disabled as I just wanted it to run at max. The pump's power is obviously straight into the PSU. My main concern is the following, I decided to not use the USB because I have zero interest in using any kind of software to control the fans and LINK didn't attract me whatsoever. HWinfo and Aida report the CPU fan as running at 800RPM at all times (Is this correct? That I can't even see how much the pump is running at?), idle or load. With not using LINK and just having everything plugged in this way, is the pump running at max or at "quiet" mode? That's what I basically would like to know because if it's at max then I have no interest plugging in the USB cable to the pump. Cheers!
