djnhim79 Posted September 22, 2018 Share Posted September 22, 2018 i just got a Padlock 3 usb 64gb,after follow all the step to set the user pin to lock and unlock the drives all set.But there is something wrong,after put the pin to unlock the drive the green light lit on like it ready to use then i insert the drive into pc but it not open,i have to press the user pin one more time to unlock it then its open,every time its like that,can not unlock(but the green light on after i unlocked) it before inserted,its worked sometime before but now its does'nt anymore.Please bhelp me solve this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have you tried removing the encryption and seeing if you are able to access it as a normal flash drive? I'd suggest contacting our technical support team at support.corsair.com by creating a ticket.
