vexaz Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 Hi, just today give me as present this product, i connect all, open the program, and try to update de firmware, but it was 20min at 0%, so i have to close, now i have a bricked headset, without lights, windows give me unknown device, and if i try to update the firmware again, it stays given me Connect to usb cable. Toasted Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 See if you can put the headset into bootloader mode; Press and hold any button on the headset while inserting the USB cable in, your headset will be in bootloader mode. You will know the headset is in bootloader mode when "Avera..." something along the lines of that appears in Devices and Printers.
