ser Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 Hi All, I just bought a Void Pro RGB headset. Everything worked fine out of the box. However, CUE crashes every time. It's a relatively fresh install of windows. If I have the usb dongle unplugged, CUE starts up fine. As soon as I plug it in, it starts the process of adding my headset to the program and then crashes. Any ideas? I'm using the latest CUE (version 2.24.50) on Win 10 Enterprise 64bit. Recreate the crash. 2. Go to the Event Viewer within Windows (Start > run > eventvwr.msc) 3. Navigate to Windows Logs > Application, and then find the latest event with “Error” in the Level column and “Application Error” in the Source column.
