DevBiker
A couple of questions ... 1) How is the Commander Pro (CoPro) powered? Is it direct SATA to the PSU or are there any adapters in the mix? 2) Do you have any other monitoring tools running? If so, what? 3) Have you tried restarting the Corsair Service? DevBiker
I'm not sure how brave you are but can you try the following ... With the system powered up and in Windows ... 1) Exit iCUE and stop the Corsair Service. 2) Unplug the USB connector from the motherboard. 3) Plug the USB Connector back into the motherboard. 4) Restart iCUE. This will also start the Corsair Service.

DevBiker
It worked!! Thanks for helping me out :) OK, that makes it sound like it's a USB initialization issue with the CoPro. I suggest the following: 1) In the BIOS, disable Fast Boot. 2) In the BIOS, enable XHCI Handoff. 3) In Windows, disable Fast Startup. (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup) All of these impact USB initialization.

I thought that all of the HXi PSUs worked with iCUE but I may be mistaken. If you have both iCUE and Link installed, does Link tell you that it's controlled by iCUE or does Link recognize the PSU? Cemil2565
it works only in old Corsair link app, it doesnt see icue on old version. it also works perfectly with HWMonitor i use that for monitoring but for controlling PSU only Corsair link old version sees the psu and controls it, but i dont like corsair link. Icue doesnt see the PSU what so ever, can it be fast boot problem as well ?
