What is this part of the 760T supposed to be for?

Hello, I have a Corsair 760T and I was curious as to what the purpose of these circular holes were since they were not mentioned in the manual. Can they be removed by hand or would I need to use power tools? They seem like they can be used to route cables to the back of the case to me but I am not so sure about that. Thank you in advance.

They are for watercooling tubes for external radiators. The "X" is for ease of removal, stick a screwdriver in the hole and bend/twist until the discs snaps away.

The hole lower down should be a Kensington security slot.(Padlock symbol with a K next to the hole)
