Default Psu or cable issue?

I have a fresh build and out of the blue when I go to shut down the system it reboots. After a little trouble shooting I decided to try another power supply and everything work properly with just the 24 pin, 4 pin, and sata connected. It had the corsair h850i Psu in it swapped out to a different 850w Psu. What are the odds it's something in the Psu itself or just a cable?

For me it's mainboard or power supply.
So if you change power supply and not have this problem only a power supply but contact directly Corsair support.
