Corsair used an ancient CPUID SDK and this should be fixed when a more recent one is used, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=891269

The Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 PC24000/3000 MHz CL15 2x8GB don't show in HWM, so why should CL4 report them?

Thx. I was expecting that answer but I wanted to share my problem with the community and make Corsair aware of one more frustrated customer.
You are right about the DRAM, but shouldn't the temps show? I see other posts with DRAM temps detected- Crucial, Samsung...

Do those DIMMs have MTS (Module Thermal Sensors)?

To check run SIV and look at what you get then you press [SPD]. It's possible the SPD is incorrect, so also check/post [SMB Bus].

I have some "identical" DIMMs that all actually have MTS, but only two report this in the SPD data . The old CPUID SDK also still has the DIMM detection issue that was fixed back in August 2016, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=864155.
