nbdj101
Hi, I’ve been having a problem with my Corsair Spec Omega case. My included fans work just fine, however my case lights don’t. However the iCUE software recognizes the lights. So I opened up the front of the case where the lights were and the plug that goes from the light to the case was there. I unplugged it and saw that in the light’s end there were only three pins when the case port had 4. Is there a missing pin? And if there isn’t, why are the lights not working? I have the case lights plugged in properly and everything, I just don’t know what to do. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Update: I also found one of the wires detached from the front panel (Image). Edited April 22, 2019 by nbdj101
DevBiker
The detached cable would be the problem. The Spec Omega front strip is supposed to be 3 pins and the port for it on the Lighting Node Pro should have 3 as well. It won't go into a 4-pin Fan Hub header. nbdj101
My system specs should be there now. Thanks for letting me know what the problem is. What should I do from here?
