void pro wireless - Mono microphone

I am attempting to change from a void pro wired to a void pro wireless. I am using up to date iCue software and have tried to install on two separate machines. no matter what I try and can not get the microphone on the headset to allow 2 Channel output on the microphone.

I have tried uninstalling drivers and reinstalling

I have tried installing on a different PC

I have gotten a replacement headset from amazon

I feel like there is something simple I am missing to get the microphone on these headsets to allow 2 channel output.
