RMA support, no status update after being in processing for 2+ weeks

Hi

my ticket number: #706676

memory replacement for one module not working properly.

 

Originally created on 2018-03-29 and approved the next day.

Then I sent the package in the correct way.

The status is in processing since 2018-04-06 11:03

Despite checking the ticket regularly, it is now closed and I haven't received updates. :dunno:

 

If someone could check, I would be very pleased.

I'll have someone look into this for you. Did you send in your whole RAM kit or just the single defective stick? If you only send in one module, it's most likely ended up in discrepancy.
