can't open support ticket

Dear Corsair Team,

 

I am trying to open a support ticket, but LOT number and PRODUCT number are not being recognized. I bought my Corsair product from a German distributor.

 

What now? How can I contact CORSAIR?

 

For what product? You don't actually need to enter a lot code to create a ticket.
