CUE: Kein Gerät gefunden

Hallo an Alle,

 

Heute kam mein neues headset an, Corsair VOID (Surround Analog 3.5 mm USB Dolby 7.1) dementsprechend habe ich mir auch die CUE runtergeladen, jedoch wurde mir angezeigt, dass Kein Gerät gefunden wurde und das ich ein Gerät verbinden soll.

Ich habe mein Headset mehrmals rein-und rausgesteckt, PC neugestartet und andere (ältere) Versionen von CUE runtergeladen aber es hat nichts geholfen.

 

Deswegen hoffe ich das mir hier jemand helfen kann

You will want to check Device Manager and make sure there are no errors or Unknown device entries.

Is the dongle connected and detected by Windows?

Have you tried the dongle on a different computer? Does it work fine?
