Default VOID PRO USB - Stereo issue and noise cancellation

My wife finds the Void Pro RGB USB headset exceptional when listening to music but when playing a game she finds it uncomfortable that the stereo can be too much. For example, if someone is walking to her right in game, she can't hear it at all in her left ear which you thought you would have done. Any thoughts?

Also, is there a way of turning off the noise cancellation feature?

Default

Double check the in-game audio settings and try enabling the Dolby drivers to see whether that makes a difference?

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable noise cancellation. But sidetone can be muted (Hear what the microphone hears) in CUE.
