Blofeld2k
Every once and a while my ST100 lose contact with iCUE. It mostly happens after having the pc in locked mode (win+L) over the night since I don't turn off my pc. Anyone else getting this or any solution? Also how do we report bugs to corsair or is it even possible (not talking about RMAs)?
c-attack
It's not uncommon for a device not to be recognized after waking from sleep or coming back from the lock screen. Try 'Restart iCUE Service' under the settings tab. If that does not work, you usually need to kill the app in the task manager, then kill both Corsair services before relaunching the program (in that order). Not really sure why it does this, but it has been a relatively consistent issue since launch. The last few releases have been better about this, so hopefully progress is being made. Blofeld2k
"Not uncommon" is strange since it is only iCUE that does this on my system.
c-attack
Not uncommon for iCUE devices and hence the suggestion to restart the iCUE service. Does that bring it back?
