hello i been seeing there are lots of problems with memories with ryzen. This is my first me ever building a new computer.

So far I have purchased

-Ryzen 7 1800x

-MSI X370 XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM AMD

-2x EVGA 1080 TI FTW3

-Corsair AX1200i Power Supply

im looking to buy

-CMD64GX4M4C3200C16 (Dominator® Platinum Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz)

i am wondering if this memory will fit and be compatable with the parts that i have so far. Please let me know.

I doubt any 4x16GB kit at DDR4-3200 is on the official supported/qualified memory lists. They should work at default speed of DDR4-2133 CL15 1.2V, but you would probably have to test with manual settings what your setup is able to handle in terms of max memory frequency with that amount of stress put on the processors integrated memory controller.

If you are lucky and invest some time into manual memory settings, you might be able to get to get them working at DDR4-2933 or even 3066. 4x16GB at DDR4-3200 usually requires a combination of a good IMC, a decent board and memory featuring a very specific type of IC (based upon Samsung 8Gbit B-Die to be precise).
