Default sp120 and hd 120 RGB issues

I purchased the Corsair 570x case with the 3 sp120's and hub already installed. I just installed 3 more HD 120's and hooked them to the 4-6 ports on the hub. The 3 sp120's rgb work fine with the controller, the hd120's just stay white. Is the an incompatibility between the 2 types of fans or am I doing something wrong. Please help.

SPs cannot be on the same hub as any other RGB fan.

Please take a look a the RGB FAQ linked in my signature.
Please click "Edit System Specs" and fill out your system info.

As Devbiker said, you cannot mix and match two sets of fans in the same hub. If you want to utilize them both then you'll need to obtain an additional RGB Hub.
