Default State The Differences Between The K70 Lux and K70 Rapid Fire and K95 Platinium

Please tell me all the differences minor or major between the K70 Lux RapidFire K70 Lux K95 Platinium other than the macro keys, maybe the key durability or minor rgb upgrades etc
In my opinion the textured macro keys are ugly and ruin the whole look and thats why i did this comparison.

Hi there. Other than the additional G keys you have a top light bar and raised media keys. The K95 Platinum also has a larger wrist rest that is reversible for two types of material.

The K95 Plat also has the ability to store 3 profiles into the onboard memory so you don't need CUE running to have macros and lighting (although it is a little limited). Rapidfire only means the switches are different. But in general, the LEDs and Switches should be the same between the keyboards. If you don't like the textured macro keys, you could look into PBT keycaps for an alternative set. Not sure if they do one for K95P tho.

This is a good question brought up if you consider the releases of the new MK 2 k70 series, i would also like to know.

Owner of a K70 Rapidfire, really satisfied so far but i would like to know what are the actual differences except the obvious ones

wrist rest, lighted logo, macro keys etc

The K70 Rapidfire is a K70 Lux, but with Speed switches.

The MK2 is a very very beautiful K70 Lux. It also comes with PBT Double Shot keycaps.

Actually the K70 MK2 SE comes with PBT Double Shot keycaps xD. Also the Mk2 have added 3 hardware playback profiles.
