Corsair HS70 earpad fell off

Hey, i just want to find out if there is a way to put the earpad back ? i see it doesn't have a rubber band that just makes it clips on.

Unfortunately the part that came off was wrapped around the plastic ring part of the ear cup and glued to the back.

 

The exact same thing happened to mine, only 6 months old. But since it was still under warranty I contacted support and they sent me replacement ear pads.

 

I just received them today, it looks like I have to pop the ring off by wedging something under the edge and prying up.

 

I was coming to the forum to see if I could find instructions to replace the earpad before I try just forcing it off.

 

If yours is out of warranty give support a try anyways, maybe they will send/sell you some.

 

If not, I would try popping that ring off and trying to glue the leather pad back on the ring and then putting it back on.

Popped it off with a screwdriver just fine.

 

And then just pushed on the new one.

Hey, thanks for the reply bud, My set is about 3months old now, it just fell off when i picked it up one day, I will contact them about it then thanks alot.
