Plopitola Posted February 2, 2012 Share Posted February 2, 2012 i pulled out my flash drive and when I looked at the end of it I noticed a piece of plastic protruding from the end of the drive.I soon discovered that it was the plastic piece inside of the case USB port.I have contacted Tech Support and got a case #(2594565) but I have not received a response.I contacted support on 1/23/2012 8:18:01. Dose anyone know how long it usually takes Tech Support to respond?I did receive a generic response "I have forwarded your request to our customer service and they will be in contact with you regarding this matter.
