JPMAC
Hello! I tried finding the information through the forums, but I am kind of a noob when it comes to forums so please forgive me if this has been answered before. I recently purchased a new iMac and the mouse is working for the game I am playing, but I can not get iCue to detect the mouse. I'd really like to be able to adjust the sensitivity of the mouse as it seems I have to move the mouse around considerably to get it to cross the screen. I'd also like to change the light theme. I only ask that when you offer advice, try to explain it as if you are talking to someone who has absolutely no idea what you are talking about lol. I am technically savvy, but not to the extent of most people on these forums. Thanks in advance!
xMacias
Should be easy. If you have a Windows System, install iCUE on that computer. Then you should be able to update the firmware on the mouse through the Windows computer. That will allow it to show up on your iMac's iCUE. Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted April 19, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 19, 2019 ^^^^ Some of the earlier stock of mice don't have the Mac compatibility firmware installed. Updating them on a Windows computer fixes it.
