brisingr90 Posted April 15, 2019 Share Posted April 15, 2019 Hello there, I have a problem with my H110i GTX. One of the pipes is burning hot while the other one is cool. I looked into the internet and it seems that the hot pipe is dead. So, I bought this item in 2016 in Canada and currently I lived in Indonesia. I tried to contact Corsair representative in Indonesia, and they said that I have to contact Corsair USA/Global 1st. I did and already have a ticket number. My question is, what's gonna happen? is it possible that I get a replacement or at least a service from Corsair Indonesia to fix my CPU cooler? Usually up to 2 weeks after we've received your product. 3. Our return center is in Taiwan, we don't have a warehouse in Indonesia.
