No longer able to access customer support for RMA update

Hello, I sent back an RM1000 PSU which I believe blew a cap. [Ticket Id : 635125], and when I tried to log in recently to check on its status, the password was rejected. Since that time I have tried claiming my account (states already claimed), and changed password numerous times, but the new password is always marked as incorrect, despite meeting the password requirements and being accepted during the change password process.

Please could somebody advise me how to regain access to my account, or someone from Corsair so I can get an update on the PSU. This is the only reason I have had to register here, as my only other way of contact provided by Corsair seems to be a phone number, and I'm not phoning the US from Hong Kong.

Thanks in advance,

Paul

You can respond to any ticket comment email to respond to the agent on your ticket. For future reference you can use Skype to call the USA 1-800 phone number for free.

Your account shows that you attempted to log in too many times and locked it out. It's unlocked now.
