patraulea
I just replaced an older PSU with a RM850x. I don't have a case fan and when idle or doing low-cpu tasks, the CPU fan is the only one spinning. This makes the fan speed go up as soon as I load a website or open an explorer window. Can I disable the PSU zeroRPM mode, so hot air can be constantly pushed out of the case, not just away from the CPU ? I'd rather not add a case fan since the old PSU didn't need it. Is this possible with the RMx series ? After looking around in the Corsair Link app, it looks like the answer is "no".
